What is Cachaça? Cachaça is the National Spirit of Brazil and the third most popular spirit in the world with nearly 1 billion liters produced each year. Distilled from fresh sugar cane juice, cachaça production predates Caribbean rum by more than 100 years and has a fruiter, lighter, more floral flavor than rums made from molasses.
