Conversational marketing is at the crux of marketing on the internet as it provides an opportunity for realtors to go “beyond the norms” from the corporate marketing pitches and have personalized and real-time communication. This webinar focused on how by using conversational marketing, real estate agents can understand the prospective customer better through a series of interactive statements/questions. These questions can help realtors generate leads and screen them and qualify them; eventually, helping owners and marketers save time by not calling every lead that comes their way.
The webinar also explained how conversational marketing compliments the works of agents by assisting them in lead generation. It provides 24*7 access to floor plans, amenities, and brochures, incorporated into multiple platforms like Facebook messenger, and is multilingual to cater to larger audience size. The only major hindrance in conversational marketing in real estate is that while the industry is ready for it, the investors are probably not embracing technology at the rate they should. The webinar discussed how covid-19 had accelerated digital homebuying, shifting real estate communication to websites and chatbots. As a result, realtors will have to come out of their shells and adopt conversational marketing to stay relevant to the current market scenario.
