Hello everyone, this is Austin and Cade from the WPB consulting podcast. Our vision at WPB is to connect our listeners and clients to high performance practitioners to promote and inspire health and wellness that will aid listeners in improving lifestyle performance for now and into the future. Jake is now finishing his Masters at St. Ambrose University in December and is now a strength and conditioning coach at Augustana in Rock Island, IL.
