Maybe you're guilty of it. We know we are. Someone comes up to you and asks, "How are you?" And before you even know it, the words have already left your lips: "Busy." But does that really have to be how life feels? In this episode, join us as we discuss the spirit of busyness that plagues our culture and generation. Why do we deal with this? What's at the root of our need for our anxious spirits? What does God's Word have to say about the spirit of busyness? Specifically, how did Jesus deal with the stresses of his life and instruct others to deal with it in their own lives? Lastly, what are some practical tools and takeaways to implement here and now in our lives?
