This week Jeremy is joined by Jeremy Zuleger from Radio Milwaukee. The Jeremys give you a sneak peek at the upcoming Music, Art & Mental Health event that is coming up on September 26th, and talk about the true collaboration that took place behind the scenes to make this event a reality. Zuleger shares some of his personal experiences with his own mental health, and talks about how music serves as a universal language for people to process their thoughts and feelings. The Jeremys talk about how healing happens in community, and how mental wellness looks different for everyone.
Head over to the mental health page at Radio Milwaukee to learn more about the event and the month of on-air programming that has led up to the event (shout out to Salam Fatayer for her excellent work on the Uniquely Milwaukee podcast)! To RSVP for the event, and share a song for the mental health playlist, head over to the event page on Radio Milwaukee’s FaceBook.
Jeremy has all his practice info at Wellness with Jer, and you can find him on Instagram and YouTube.
Head over to Patreon to support the show, or you can pick up some merch! We appreciate support from likes, follows, and shares as well!

Podcasts about therapy do not replace actual therapy, and listening to a podcast about therapy does not signify a therapeutic relationship.
