All of us live on autopilot every single day. We have habits and rituals that we do daily without even thinking about them. Most of us have a morning ritual that we have before we even get out of the door. Some can't even leave the house without having a cup of coffee first! Weird!!

Whether you go to work or drop the kids off at school, you'll have a routine that you follow on autopilot because you've done it so many times before, it's habitual. This kind of autopilot keeps us ticking over. But what happens when our autopilot makes us follow people, their words, their views, their beliefs and what they tell us what to do, who to hate, where we can go, who we can or cannot speak with, which medical procedures we must have and not have, etc without question?

Does this kind of autopilot behaviour turn people into obedient serfs? Is this obedient autopilot behaviour dangerous or should we all adopt it for a more peaceful world? By living on autopilot, does it stop us from reaching our true potential? From finding out what human beings are really capable of? Would there be any more life changing inventions, new progressions, new pioneers, if we all lived on autopilot?

Some say that following and believing the current thing, the current trend is living on autopilot. Where do we go from here?? All of this and more on this week's show! For tips and guides on how to break free from living on autopilot, join the Zero to Hero mailing list below!
