So at work I am working with my replacement and really enjoying the time with him. I took some time and created him a word document that has a cheat sheet for him. The conversations that I had with him were really centered around building up his confidence. I have no doubts that he is going to really excel and exceed the expectations. But he lacks some confidence in his ability.
It gets me reflecting on my past as I help him and my confidence that had waned at times as well.
I also go into a snapshot of what this weekend is going to look like. Getting my car's tires replaced and going to an amazing restaurant here in San Rafael, Ca called " Sol Food", check it out if you are ever in the area.
