Our physical world has been upended as we have been on lockdown to one degree or another. In many cases this means that our physical practices and exercise routines have been turned upside-down. Not to mention our collective and individual anxiety has skyrocketed. Yoga has so much to teach us right now about being present, mindfulness, listening to our bodies and what they need and feel. Casey Hubbell, co-founder of Yoga Wild shares some practical ways we can use yogic tools to help with anxiety and panic, and to reset our bodies.
