How to Self-Monitor COVID-19 Symptoms and Social Distancing

Tracking symptoms is incredibly important. If we all self-monitor a little bit, then maybe we can stay ahead of (and flatten) curve, and save a life or two.

Because self-quarantine is recommended to be two-weeks, I created a symptom tracker and show you how to track all symptoms* over a 2-week period
