One of the biggest problems people face when hitting the gym is that they get such fear and anxiety that they can't even get the wheel on to the track and do what would only make them better in the long run.
Gym anxiety is a real thing and people actually freak out far too often when they're hitting the gym because they never want to be seen as "that guy" who has absolutely NO IDEA what he's doing and looks like a tomato in a fruit bowl.
This episode is short and sweet with nuggets on how you can effectively reduce your anxiety about the gym, get some work done and get out and go home feeling better about your body and mind (like you're supposed to) and no fear of anxiety
