Melanie is the CEO and Founder of The Catalyst Exchange, an executive coaching company based in the New York City metropolitan area.

She has nearly twenty years of experience in the finance industry, holding sales leadership positions at elite institutions such as Citadel and Morgan Stanley. Having a front-row seat to organizational dynamics at the highest level, she also understands first-hand the pressure to perform in intense corporate cultures.
