Abstract Title: Dedicated Atrial Fibrillation (AF clinics) can significantly reduce hospital admissions while improving clinical diagnosis and long-term management
Summary: Given the prevalence of Atrial Fibrillation, it remains an important factor in hospitalizations and readmissions. Studies have consistently shown the advantages of early interventions and ambulatory-based management of exacerbations. This initiative shows the promise that ambulatory teams dedicated to the management of atrial fibrillation are a viable option for providing high-quality care.
