Pauline Joseph is a Trinidadian, Digital Marketing Consultant, LinkedIn Caribbean Host, and host of Live from the Caribbean podcast. She was brought up in Trinidad and Barbados, and as an adult spent time living in London. Pauline is a keen triathlete, competing in half Ironman events. We discuss food waste, her efforts to lose the weight she gained during lockdown, the nutritional needs of competing in such events, the search for a healthy balance, and self acceptance.
