Our Constitution lays out 3 branches of government, with all of them holding power to check on each other just to make sure no one gets a little out of hand, including the President! Over time, some in the Executive Branch have pushed this rule book to the breaking point, but so far, it’s held strong. A credit to the framers who came up with it to begin with, and those who have modified it for an evolving nation. Our living & breathing constitution, and how certain Presidents have used…and abused…their duly anointed powers, is on this episode of American POTUS!
