Today I am speaking with Brisbane-based Street Artist Gus Eagleton. Gus possesses a diverse skill set. Exploring figuration through studio work and contemporary mural painting, from small compositions to expansive murals. Gus is particularly interested in the diversity and intrigue of people. Over the years, Gus has exhibited nationwide and abroad, receiving accolades in the form of art awards and steadily producing commissioned works for private clients and corporations.
In this interview we talk about scheduling work, choosing the right projects, collaborating with other artists, pricing projects and the importance of rest.
