He’s been able to build charisma through his introversion, and used it as a power to communicate and recalibrate his personal reserve to help himself flourish in an environment that conventionally favors extroverts. He made him and his business stand out, and made a living out of talking to people. He surrounds himself with people who complement his strengths, which has enabled him to achieve what he has now.
