We are joined today by Aoife Coughlan, an Australian Olympian in the sport of Judo. You could say that Jodo is in Aoife’s blood as her parent’s actually met playing the sport and her siblings also participate at an international level. In this chat we talk about her introduction to Judo, and her background of other sports. The highs and lows of being involved in sport and how that’s helped her grow as a person.
