In this episode Coach E delves into the benefits of being balanced. Balance is crucial in many areas of our lives. We see balance all around us. There's balance in nature, building structures, within our bodies and more. We want to be balanced in life, mentally, spiritually and financially.

Yet in this episode Coach E doesn't discuss those particulars. The balance we need to build are physical. The balance we need as we move about throughout the day. How do we build it? There are tools Coach will suggest. He will introduce the one tool he uses daily.

Although this may not seem important when we are young, though it is, as we age we should give it more thought and consideration. Incorporate improving your balance during and 'beyond' your workout program. Now sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
