Our society has normalized stress being a normal part life...where high levels of stress on a daily basis doesn't even seem to phase us anymore.

We experience a problem and the stress associated with it and we just learn to adapt so that we can keep up with the demands of all the things on our plates

And while that may help many of you get S@%t done, what you might not realize is that it's causing more harm in the long term

In fact, numerous studies have shown that stress is #1 reasons we are seeing a rise in a handful of autoimmune and health disorders, particularly insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.

Today I chat all about how stress can cause insulin resistance with my colleague and friend with Dr. Morgan Nolte PT, DPT.

By the time you finish listening you will have learned:

  • Why stress can cause insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes, in the body
  • Why it's important for us to reduce our daily levels of stress for longevity of life and quality of life
  • What you can do to begin lowering your stress levels

And if you are the entrepreneur who has been operating under high levels of stress, telling yourself that once you hit your goals you will have less stress and be able to take care of yourself, then the questions to ask yourself really becomes...

Will it actually? How many milestones have you hit so far in your life, where you still never slowed down and are still operating under high levels of stress?

Are you willing to possibly pay the price later down the road with your health and wellbeing?

If you're ready to learn how to hit your goals without high levels of stress and anxiety, book a free consult
