Most people can't recover from burnout alone - because what got them into burnout will not get them out.

It takes a mentor - but asking for help rarely comes naturally to those in burnout.
Worse, many find it hard to receive the goodness of such help. Imposter Syndrome and feeling unworthy get in the way, along with the burning desire they have to fix their own problems.
Let's talk about that and dispel a few myths.
No man is an island.
You're a good person in suffering and off course, not a bad person.
