In the last episode, I interviewed Michelle Jacobson, and she mentioned using visualization techniques to communicate with our pets. So I did a little more research on that, and today, I'm going to explore the principles, benefits and applications of visualizations with animals, as well as a self-care tool for humans, which I've used myself.
