What subtle pitfalls could be undermining your business growth? Overcomplicating is a sneaky mistake that many of us make without realizing it. We look at what other people are doing that makes them successful, and then we try to expand our own businesses by copying everything they've done. Before long, we've lost the core goals and offerings that make our business unique. What should you do instead? If you want to do excellent work, focus on one thing and do it as well as you can. Then move to the next thing. If anything is not serving your immediate goals, let it go. Simplifying your life will let you focus on what matters most.
