Oh helllo there! We don't say this enough but todays ep is! jam! PACKED!!!
We start off by unpacking some of our biggest takeaways from the Olympics, including why the Aussie women did so well and how mental health/wellness impacts performance.
We then rate ourselves on our mindset, recovery, cross training and fuelling for the week. You'll get some insight into the BTS of our lives you didn't know you needed and we'll set some micro goals for between this episode and the next.
