Welcome back coaches, to a new season of the Coach’s Plan Podcast.

Community coaches are the backbone of New Brunswick sport, but many have left following the COVID pandemic. Today we speak with four community coaches about why they continue to coach, and what we can do to support one another in this endeavour.
