→ Keeping Your Business Simple - Narrowing your focus and staying on task until it's complete, avoiding shiny objects, and keeping very simple back-end systems.
→ Picking a Niche - Having a "no-go" list and making sure clients/referral partners fit you, different niche's you could go after, and being strategic about the time you spend before having a live deal.
→ Consistency - Set up your non-negotiable tasks, creating competition for motivation, and continually improving your business.
