Thanksgiving 2017 Patrick Young set out to make a change and he embarked on a transformative fitness journey.
January 2019 he became a CycleBar instructor, slightly awkward and with no experience this was so much more than just fitness.
Through covid, pre, outdoor rides, going virtual, working from home, becoming a lead instructor all led to his beloved studios eventually closing. But through it all Patrick remained consistent and kept showing up.
Charcuterie is his love language, corporate America supply chain in automotive is his daytime home, a millennial dog parent, a plant lover, a lululemon ambassador, from Michigan, the daddy with caddy, it is an honor to welcome Patrick Young to the creating the 4% podcast this week!
