Hi friend and welcome back to the show! Today we're going to talk about what to do if you have a slip in your sober journey. A slip, a sip, a relapse, a setback, whatever you want to call it, is one of the most frustrating experiences when you’re trying to live alcohol-free. It can leave you feeling humiliated, ashamed, angry, and almost cause you to feel like you should just give up. I've been there and it's not a great place to be. So today, I'm going to give you 4 effective, practical ways to bounce back from a slip.

Did you know I offer Healthy Habits and Sobriety Coaching? Together, we can work through all the barriers you're experiencing in growing in your sober journey. If you’ve been looking for an upbeat, positive person who can guide you to more dry days, I’d love to get on a 15 minute completely free call with you to see if we’d be a good fit to work together. If so, we can work through and identify what some of the road blocks are that you’re facing and come up with a game plan. These calls are a great way to see if we’re a good fit together, there’s no strings attached, and I have 3 calls available this month - so email me at decidedlydry@gmail.com to book your call today!
Books I reference in today's episode:
This Naked Mind by Annie Grace
We are the Luckiest by Laura McKowen
