In Episode 114 of DON’T LIE TO YOUR LIFE COACH, Life Coach and Host Kim Arrington is back again giving you real talk about how you could be using money to avoid your problems. One big way you could be doing it is by overbuying. That's buying more than you need, or just constantly buying on repeat. Coach Kim first heard the term "overbuying" from Home Organization guru, Becky Blackburn of The Hoss Lady podcast, during her "No Buy July" challenge. Remember, any repetitive behavior you do to "feel better" like shopping or overeating, is falsely standing in for another true need(s) you're neglecting. Continue solving for the true need, and the behavior goes away, or becomes more manageable. Today's podcast is a follow-up from the podcast episode, We Gotta Talk About Money Pt. 1, since Coach Kim is feeling more confident in her own healthy relationship to money. She wants you to get there too. Caring is sharing! You'll learn about B.S.I.E, how troubleshooting money can bring you closer together with your partner, how to have money-free dates, and how spending less actually makes you enjoying when you choose to spend. You're ready to tackle the real issues behind money. Promise, it ain't a lack of self control. We're not as healthy as we can be, until we actively make our dollars make sense.
