He is the Christian Johnson Endeavor Professor in Education Leadership and the Director of the Endeavor Antiracist & Restorative Leadership Initiative at Teachers College, Columbia University. They explore strategies to promote educational equity, eliminate marginalisation, and emphasise the significance of addressing intersectionality in education.
