Karl-Ludwig Knispel ist Co-Lead Leadership, Culture & Development bei PWC. In dieser Ausgabe des Podcast beschreibt er, wie Future Skills und Skills-based Organisationen (SBO) zusammenhängen und was an diesem Thema wirklich neu ist. Wir schauen auf die Rolle von Technologie wie generative KI und vor allem auf Tipps und Methoden zum Aufbau einer SBO. Dabei teilt Karl u.a. Modelle von McKinsey wie Scout – Shape – Shift und vor allem Beispiele der Umsetzung in der Praxis u.a. zum Bereich Cyber Security im Finanzsektor.
