The key subject matter of this episode is Personal Responsibility. What would be more appropriate than to review Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. Their impressive bio includes being SEALs from the battlefield of Iraq, to training Future SEALs, then to start the company Echelon Front to bring those same leadership principles to business leaders in the civilian sector.

This is our first book review and it's a little different than any other book review. What I'm going to do is read passages from the book then let you know exactly how those principles changed who we are and what we do.
