Welcome back guys! The holiday season is in full swing and chances are you are focusing on other things besides contest prep. For most competitors this is what we call the “off season.” I have found over the years that the transition from contest prep mode to “off season” can be challenging for people.

Today I talk about how to make it suck a lot less. I also provide some strategy on how to structure your off season based on your specific goals, whether it’s to be leaner at your next show, build muscle, or improve stage presence.
