In this fourth episode of Executive HRD, the new podcast series from the University of Houston, we take a more-focused look at a key aspect of the program’s design: that of cohorts and the idea that students go through the program together in a small cohort, and we answer the question “How do COHORTS impact 'Becoming'?” To do this, we meet seven current and former students to hear how this cohort experience differs from more traditional approaches to Master’s programs and the benefits that flow from going through a program in a small group. We also hear from the Program Manager for the Executive Master’s about how the student cohort experience creates something special that becomes a second family.
Guests featured in the episode are: Winsten Jose, Anh Lee, Ed Monsivais, Brittany Smith, Jae Thompson, Abbie Tujillo, Shironda White, and Steven Woods.
