Mathias OHREL is a well known Headhunter in the fashion and luxury industry, with more than 14 years of experience.
I wanted to talk to Mathias and understand his personal journey and get a sense of what makes a great headhunter today.
In this conversation, Mathias tell us about the vision on which is has built his company, why he is now going beyond fashion and entering the world of culture & entertainment.
Beyond the business man, what has touched me the most in this conversation, is Mathias’ passion, to really discover himself through all the different jobs he has done. Giving him, a unique point of view and probably an edge when it comes to understand the different brands him and his team work for.
