In this episode of GSWN we had the privilege of hearing Bruce Robertsons compelling story about his tumultuous relationship with alcohol and his inspiring path to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

John initially embarked on a journey to sobriety after recognizing that his drinking was becoming a crutch for dealing with stress and emotional pain. Despite achieving five years of sobriety, he faced new challenges that led to a relapse. However, instead of succumbing to shame and guilt, Bruce used this setback as an opportunity to fundamentally change his relationship with alcohol.

Through introspection and a deep understanding of his motivations for drinking, John developed new strategies for managing his emotions and stress. His journey didn’t stop at personal transformation—Bruce now dedicates his life to helping others redefine and embrace a life of freedom.

Burces' story is a powerful reminder that setbacks can lead to growth and that it's never too late to change our path. His journey from sobriety to relapse, and ultimately to a balanced and mindful approach to alcohol, offers hope and inspiration for anyone struggling with similar challenges.
