Spirit Adrift is releasing their 5th full length album titled Ghost at the Gallows, through Century Media records on August 18th, just 3 days from the release of this episode. Nate Garrett formed the band in 2015 as a solo project and has fronted the band since that time. In addition to hosting the Big Riff Energy podcast, Nate and the rest of Spirit Adrift will be playing the first Metal Injection Festival. During this episode, Nate talks about Spirit Adrift and their upcoming album, addiction and recovery, balancing time, and the importance of positive personal relationships.
