Welcome to Grilled by The Staff Canteen, this is series 5 and it's our final episode with co-host Anna Haugh, chef owner of Myrtle Restaurant in Chelsea and MasterChef: The Professionals judge.
Anna has picked four guests from the hospitality industry to chat to and put under the Grilled spotlight, and her final guest is Gregg Wallace, fellow MasterChef judge, TV presenter, writer and former greengrocer.
In this episode we talk to him about the 'buttery biscuit base', what he wishes he could ban from restaurants and what changes in cooking style and technique he has noticed over the years of judging MasterChef.
Thanks for listening to Grilled by The Staff Canteen, we talk to the UK's best chefs every week so make sure you follow us so you don’t miss out on the latest episode.
