So you have heard of the many benefits of strength training and you're thinking of starting on this path. But you might be hesitating because you don't want to bulk up and look like an "Arnie" with massive bulging biceps and chest muscles.
In this episode I break down and explain if you have a risk of bulking up when you start resistance or strength training. I give you an easy-to-understand scientific justification for my answer. I also pay special attention to women over 40 because most of the time it's this demographic that ask this question.
