Dr. Michelle May is a recovered yo-yo dieter and former family physician. She is the founder of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training, which has trained over 800 wellness professionals worldwide. Dr. May is the author of the Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book series, which teaches mindful eating to resolve mindless and emotional eating. She is an Associate Professor at Arizona State University and co-authored a paper on weight-inclusive healthcare. Through her work, Dr. May helps individuals and professionals transform their relationships with food and live vibrant lives.
