Hope Van Dyke joins the Healthy Hustling Podcast to discuss her journey with running, nutrition and physical therapy.

She talks about the myths surrounding running that effected her running career in high school and college, as well as how to identify if you are suffering from RED-S (relative energy deficiency in sport).

Hope gives her recommendation to female athletes and runners that have irregular menstrual cycles and why it's important to do something about it.
