Life is a balancing act full of ups and downs. The only thing predictable about life is its unpredictability. How can we find stability? We have to trust ourselves! Listen in to get motivated, inspired and ready to tackle the day. You got this! // Show Notes // Moods often bring up conversations of ‘I feel’, whereas intuition leads to “I must." That distinction is really important. Our moods are not our realities. “Feelings change from day to day, hour to hour, sometimes even moment to moment. Not only do they change, they can deceive. If you are having a ‘touchy’ day, you might feel like people are not treating you well, when in reality they are not treating you any differently than they always do.” - Joyce Meyer We have the ability to master our emotions. “Remember not to judge your progress based on those around you. Everyone has their own challenges in life, their own strengths and weaknesses, their own story. This is yours.” The core of stability is knowing and deeply trusting in your own journey.
