Learning to move our bodies in the healthiest way for midlife can be confusing. Exercise looks different, our goals are modified and our movement needs to change as our bodies do.

We want to work smarter, not harder to increase our health and longevity.

This week we are speaking with Antonietta Vicario, the Chief Training Officer for Pvolve. Pvolve teaches functional and mindful movements (coupled with resistance) so we can enjoy a healthy body in this next chapter of life.
