Kendra is a 34 year old boss babe who struggled with self esteem and body image issues. Instead of letting that spiral me down a dark path I knew I could help other women over come the same. My passion since I was in high school has been to help and serve women. To empower and believe in them until they can believe in themselves. Because I wish I had someone like me when going thru those tough/ transitional times!

So I stepped into my power. I elevated myself and became a coach at the young age of 18! I have been a health and fitness coach for 16 years. I own a CrossFit gym (CrossFit Poise) in Pembroke ON, Canada but I am also an online lifestyle and wellness coach. I help women step into a confident lifestyle thru fitness, nutrition and mindset giving them the courage to transform and embody a sustainable lifestyle that is fun yet effective. Oh I also sell the best activewear ever as well! 🤩
