In this episode, I go into two methods of connecting deeper to your truth. Interestingly, truth emerges by connecting intentionally, patiently and attentively to what wants to come forward.
Your mind is wired to have thoughts, not hold onto them. In doing so, your thoughts have a tendency to detangle, the weight sheds and greater clarity emerges, when they are expressed through lips & through pencil tips.
The thought dump is an unfiltered, practice of expressing and giving permission to yourself and your inner stream of consciousness by speaking or writing what’s on your mind, on your heart. Often, as was the case that Tristan from Episode 1 invited before, the sheer act of creating the space to speak it, a voice comes forth with depth, meaning & reality.
You are here to vomit thoughts; or verbal diarrhea, which ever visual hammers it home the clearest. Either way, the 'mess' you purge, is the clarifying nourishment of truth and reality that you reap!

Make it a regular practice to tell the truth, first to yourself. That embodied connection that you cultivate to your truth creates the space to tell yourself and the World that may need to hear it, the hard, right, truthful thing.
Do it as though nobody will ever read this.
Please feel free to share this podcast with anyone you feel could hear some of this.
