It's summer, Autumn Marathon's are a long way off- it's time you try something new. On this fortnight's show we talk about one of the most exciting track races on the UK calendar- forthcoming Night of the 10000m PB's taking place at London's Parliament Hill Track on May 19th. We talk to man behind the event- Ben Pochee. We discuss how and why he came up with the idea and how the event has developed over the last 5 years. We also talk to Rob Wilson from Soar, and Hannah Viner and Chris Rainsford from Left Spike Fanzine about what they are looking forward to this Saturday.
