According to the Labor Department, 20% of adult women, that’s one in 5, spend time caring for an older relative. All while you’re working, running a business, involved with children and grandchildren, and trying to have a life. Maybe you, too? The good news is that there are people figuring out this whole thing way before me. In fact, my gal pal Stella is one of them. In today’s episode, you can listen to our conversation about what she’s done to take care of herself while taking care of her aging parents.

Stella Capocelli Carter is the CEO of Tour Plan International. She is also a wife, mother, and caregiver. In her work, Stella facilitates group travel trips and individual travel advisory services. She has a full life in addition to caring for her parents.
