The Lakers have a few days off between preseason games, which makes it an ideal time to take stock of how the team has looked in their two preseason games, particularly with LeBron James and Anthony Davis playing alongside what appears to be the actual rotation. And so far... it looks pretty good! Obviously, it's a small sample size, JJ Redick is wholly unproven as a coach, and the problem areas are still unsolved. But there's also a lot that's looked impressive, and the potential for this group may be higher than what's being predicted by most pundits.
