Welcome back to Lynn and Tony Know! This week Lynn and Tony sit down to talk about sobriety. Each of them come from completely different situations regarding their approach and reasons. Tony has been sober 7 and a half years as a matter of necessity. Lynn has had a more curious approach and has cut back to only a few times a year.
They go in depth with each of their approaches and what kinds of circumstances arise from each.
