Father’s Day re-tells (yes, like Rashomon) the events from the final chapter of Vatican Abdicator, as we get the scene from the point-of-view of a very young Alibi Jones and his mother, Ruth. Blind Eye adapts the first Alibi Jones comic book story, which, though it appeared in print after the first novel, chronologically takes place a little before. Meisha’s art for the story was perfect. The story first appeared in Spacebound form Earthbound Comics.
