In this episode, Jessika talks about the difficulties she had when her intricately planned home birth changed to a hospital birth. She discusses the importance of picking the right people for your birth team and doing the work to make sure that your team will be prepared for any kind of birth. Unfortunately, she was let down by her team, but she wants everyone to know that they can switch care providers if they do not seem properly aligned with you throughout your pregnancy and that it is ultimately your birth.
